Training, certification & earnings details
This pathway is for people seeking COL certification and the ability to deliver approved trainer-led workshops. If you only need materials for internal facilitation, the $149 facilitator kit has its own license.
- Apply privately. Share your contact details. Applying does not charge you.
- Arrange training with Carlo. The $399 pathway includes the facilitator kit, trainer guide and assessor workbook. Confirm scheduling before payment; additional venue, travel, meals or printing are quoted separately.
- Prepare and practice. The program is 405 minutes per candidate, including preparation, practice, assessment and review.
- Deliver the complete workshop under observation. Each candidate personally delivers all sixteen blocks over 180 minutes. Group practice alone does not meet this requirement.
- Receive Carlo’s decision. Certification requires at least 85/100, every criterion at least 3/4, and no critical failure. Carlo alone approves certificates, valid for 24 months for the assessed program version.
- Arrange approved trainer-led events. A current certificate is required. Carlo reviews and publishes each event; participants register and pay through the platform.
Earnings: the adopted trainer share is 50% of tuition after refunds and before processing fees. Payment is recorded through Carlo’s settlement process; certification does not guarantee bookings, income or automatic transfers.
