Who is the Church Leadership Edition for?
It is designed for pastors, ministry directors, department leaders, team leads, and volunteer leaders who need a practical operating rhythm that can work across a church or ministry area. It does not assume a particular department, attendance size, staffing model, or budget.
How is this different from the NextGen Edition?
Both editions use the same Maximize rhythm. The Church Leadership Edition uses broad church-leadership language and examples. The NextGen Edition uses examples shaped for children’s, youth, family, and combined NextGen ministry.
How is Maximize offered?

Is this a theology, church-growth, or curriculum program?
No. It is an educational leadership and operating system for priorities, ownership, team rhythm, review, and stewardship. It does not replace your church’s doctrine, pastoral judgment, safeguarding requirements, curriculum, policies, or professional advisers.
Will this work in a small or volunteer-heavy church?
That is a central use case. The system begins with the people, time, space, relationships, and systems actually present instead of assuming unlimited staff or capacity.
