What the current site does

• The Leadership Friction Finder calculates results in your browser. Answers are not transmitted, stored, attached to an identity, or used for advertising.
• The free NextGen Resource Audit downloads directly. It does not require or collect an email address.
• Public site search uses a GET address and a fixed list of public pages. The search feature does not add app-controlled analytics, cookies, local-storage entries, session-storage entries, or database persistence for the query or results. The query can remain in the URL, browser history, and ordinary hosting request logs. A same-site result click may send the search URL as its referrer; the current strict-origin-when-cross-origin policy limits a cross-site referrer to the site origin in conforming browsers.
• The planned Maximize email companion is still under review. Its form is not displayed, and the site does not currently invite or accept signups for that sequence.
• The planned Servant Leader 360 founding-beta waitlist is not accepting requests in this release state. It does not collect assessment or rater information.
• Carlo Orlando Leadership has not enabled marketing cookies, behavioral advertising, or a site analytics service. Optional third-party tools remain off until you allow them.
• The support page opens your own email application. The website does not transmit or store the message; the email services used by you and Carlo Orlando Leadership process it.
• The hosting platform may process routine technical request and security logs needed to deliver and protect the website.

Information you should never submit

Do not place children’s names, private pastoral details, safeguarding reports, confidential personnel information, donor or financial records, health information, or completed ministry worksheets into any future site form.

How the optional email signup works

The planned Kit signup and its Google reCAPTCHA protection are not currently offered or loaded. You can use the direct audit download and provide no email address. This notice will be updated before any checkout, website-form, guidance, coaching, analytics, or other personal-data feature opens.

Privacy choices and browser signals

The site begins with necessary functions only. Privacy Choices offers equally available controls to allow optional tools, reject them, or review the categories. The selection and policy version are stored only on the device so the website can remember the choice. A supported Global Privacy Control signal keeps optional tools off. No general analytics or advertising category is active.

Your choices and contact

You may unsubscribe from optional email at any time. Use the published support path for a privacy question or a verified request concerning applicable personal information. Legal, security, accounting, and suppression-record obligations may limit deletion.
