SPIRITUAL FORMATION · SERVANT LEADERSHIP · RESPONSIBLE AUTHORITY
See how your leadership is experienced.
The Spiritual + Servant Leader 360 is a developing feedback experience for Christian leaders who want to understand the distance between their intentions, their habits, and the experience of the people they serve.
THE DEVELOPING EXPERIENCE
A guided path from feedback to faithful practice.
The sequence below is a working product model. The final questions, scoring logic, report language, facilitation guidance, and privacy safeguards are still being developed and tested.
Invite perspective.
A leader and selected respondents reflect on observable patterns connected to service, trust, formation, clarity, and the use of authority.
Read the pattern.
The report is designed to surface alignment, gaps, and meaningful differences without reducing a person to one score.
Name what matters.
A guided reflection helps the leader separate defensiveness from insight and choose one development priority worth carrying forward.
Build the next habit.
The leader creates a focused development plan with a practice, a trusted conversation, and a clear date to revisit what changed.
THE CONVICTIONS BENEATH THE TOOL
A 360 should protect dignity while telling the truth.
Formation before performance.
The experience should connect leadership behavior to spiritual posture without pretending to measure a person’s faith.
Observable behavior over vague impressions.
Respondents should be asked about patterns they can reasonably see—not motives they cannot know.
Development over judgment.
The report should help a leader choose a next practice, not produce a permanent label or public ranking.
Consent and privacy by design.
Participation, access, reporting thresholds, retention, and follow-up all need explicit safeguards before release.
AN HONEST RELEASE BOUNDARY
This is not yet a validated or purchasable assessment.
The concept is being shaped from Carlo’s servant-leadership study and ministry experience. A responsible release requires more than polished questions.
- Not a clinical, diagnostic, hiring, ordination, or theological-evaluation tool.
- No promise of anonymity until respondent thresholds and reporting rules are fully tested.
- No scoring claims until the framework, wording, and interpretation process have been reviewed.
- No sale until consent, privacy, data handling, facilitator guidance, and the respondent experience are ready.
The next milestone is responsible validation.
The framework will move forward through question review, privacy design, small-pilot feedback, report testing, and Carlo’s final approval. The page will change as those decisions become real.
